Lyric Opera Residency

BLEF is glad to have the opportunity to give back to students through more than just scholarships! Each fall, we partner with the Lyric Opera of Kansas City to offer a program for K-12 Basehor-Linwood students called the Lyric Opera Residency.

 

The program consists of one audition night, 4-5 rehearsals and a show presented by the group. 

 

This year's production was Kids in Opera: Carmen. The performance was Friday, August 28th.
